Got the ingredient lists, just have to do a bit of shopping tomorrow. The Mac'n'cheese is a bit of tricky scheduling I have to work out (I can bake it and bring it, or I can throw it together and bake it there; the former and sticking it in a cooler for the trip is probably smarter). The tofu is simple; I can press it out in the fridge tomorrow before I leave and throw it in the marinade before we leave.
