I still have the occasional spacy moment, but I'm mostly mentally recovered.
I do get tired more quickly, but things are getting better. I'm a smidge thrashed after a weekend at 12th Night, but that's two long days and late nights in a row.
Doc says I should be OK to drive and ride.
Have been doing my Wednesday workouts with my trainer, but not daily cardio. Partially because of scheduling around light rail commutes instead of quick bike commutes.
