A general query...

Does anyone know of a good online conference/meeting tool? Qualifications are:
  • voice out for presenter
  • text chat in for other participants
  • slide/presentation support
  • screen sharing
  • doesn't require a big client
  • doesn't require a dial-in conference call
  • cross-platform
  • low-ish bandwidth
  • free

  • I know about Second Life, but I believe it violates the "doesn't require a big client" and "low-ish bandwidth" requirements. I'm looking for something that is easy for attendees of the meeting to use, preferably without needing to install software on their machine.

Elluminate, but free depends on how many people would be in there.

Interesting. I need something that can support more than 3 people, I'm guessing (and this is something that's even beyond "wild-ass guess" because I've got no idea) a max of 20 people.

If I can't find an online conference tool I may just look at vidcasting it, but that requires roping in a good videographer and editor to work with me...

Re: Let me know
Elluminate vSpaces, as suggested by marquesate is interesting, but not free.

Skype Videoconferencing is free, but doesn't appear to have any screen-sharing or slide-show/presentation capabilities.

There are several skype-compatible add-ons to provide meeting services, though.

Second Life actually is a serious online meeting tool. Quite a few companies are taking advantage of it.
