call for readers...

We're running three masquerades this year, or rather we've run one and we're running two more. We're also helping fairegoddess prepare for next year's Anime Los Angeles masquerade.

To that end, I've started working on Build your own masquerade, the Kevin & Andy way! (MS Word .doc)

If you follow that link, you'll get to a Word document. It's currently only an outline, and you'll want to switch to outline view to look at it or it won't make any sense. Please look it over and let me know if there are any important sections you just don't see.

I'd recommend some sort of timeline being included, whether presenting the whole as a timeline, or a checklist-style timeline. I know that not everything fits well, but things like negotiation for Tech Crew before Recruiting Tech Crew.

I know it seems obvious, but....

In the paperwork section, there should be an item "Do you want to use a database?" before the form/script sections, because using a db drives the form structure and script generation to an extent.

That would be correct...

...of course it's contingent on having a large enough green-room to organize entries into dens.
