Like chrissawyer needs ideas...

...but this blurb for Build-a-Bear Workshop's Glittery Pony just screams... something.

"Come in to buy this furry friend stuffed with the magic of imagination and fantasy"

Note the fine print...
"This item has passed Toy Safety Testing for all ages. However, due to the ornamental features of this toy we recommend children under the age of three be closely supervised during play."

Replace "children under the age of three" with, well, anything...

Hey, I love being stuffed with imagination, and fantasy. :)

*pretense at a straight face*

It's glittery, it's plushie, it's purpley, and it's a "cute pony" To me, those are all not necessarily evil on their own, but the combination screams "UGH!!" (Oops, they seem to have forgotten the fluffy wings and rainbow appliques!)

Looks just like something a 6-year-old girl of my acquaintance would adore, as she adores all things glittery / plush / pink and purple (exactly the kind of things I never would have let my own daughters near. :p) I avoid "My Little Ponies" and all things that resemble them like the crawling plague they are...

However, "stuffing of imagination and fantasy" is an entirely different thing. XD

My 10-year-old Kelly calls this genre "My Little Phony"! (Of course, she's an SF fan; been to 40 cons so far.)
