Drink recipes

The Expanding Cosmo (all Hangar 1 Vodka)
  • 2 oz citron vodka
  • 1 oz orange vodka
  • 1/2 oz lime vodka
  • 1/2 oz raspberry vodka (or a splash of cranberry juice to turn it pink if the raspberry vodka is unavailable)
Shake with ice and serve up with a lemon or lime twist

Basil Mojito
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tsp turbinado (or brown) sugar
  • 2 oz basil eau de vie
  • soda
Squeeze the half lime into the bottom of a pint glass and drop it in. Add the sugar and muddle. Add the basil eau de vie and ice. Transfer between the pint glass and the serving glass to mix. Top up with soda and transfer to the serving glass one last time.

Chili Limon
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp turbinado (or brown) sugar

  • soda

I *need* to get me some of that basil! It is made of awesome, whether in mojitos or just for sipping. Mmmmmmmmm.... I wonder what it's like paired w/a good marinara dish loaded w/garlic? Bec. that's what it made me crave.

Well, then basil eau de vie, tomato, garlic, carrot, celery, onion, a bit of salt and pepper, blend with ice for a Frozen Gazpachorita.
