If you really want to use these graphics on your website right now go ahead, but I can't guarantee that my .htaccess will accept your site as a referrer. After lobolance and I have had a chat, we'll look at posting them (and updated link code, so keep an eye out) somewhere that allows hotlinking from anywhere.

Design looks good, but on my screen the red is bright enough that it "appears" to bleed into the white areas making it harder to read.

I'm going to tweak the rendering mode on the fonts to strengthen up the black stroke around the letters. If you're seeing white, though, your screen brightness is pretty high; it should be pale gray (and it is on my mac, which has a lighter gamma curve than the windows standard).

Yeah, I figure at least one costume-geek inside-joke banner is necessary.

Then you should go to our Costume-Con 26 CafePress shop and buy the coffee mug :-)

It's really spiffy.

Even if I'm biased since I designed it

Rotation fade
How about a rotating banner, one with all three? First one is the I'll get it... then the CC banner, then I'm going...
Can you do that?????? Huh??? Can ya?

Re: Rotation fade
I could probably put together an animated banner...

...but I hate animated banners.

Things have been crazy for us, we haven't been as involved with programming as we have been the last few years. The costume program is a bit thin this time, and I might not even be on costume programming (the one thing they put me on I'm not really good for).
